Return & Refund Policy

At Linda & Paul Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Please read our return conditions carefully before initiating a return request.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items may only be returned after they have been physically delivered to you.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must still be attached and included.
  • Trying on items for fit is permitted; however, products showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • Products ordered intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of partial return may be refused.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care products
  • Opened or used items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items

If applicable, these exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.


Return Procedure

To start a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions

Once your request has been approved, we will provide the return address and further shipping instructions.

Step 3 – Ship the Item

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including:

  • International shipping fees
  • Customs duties or import charges
  • Carrier handling fees

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method with Track & Trace, as we cannot process returns that are lost in transit without proof of shipment.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will work with you to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.


Lost Packages & Customer Responsibility

  • Linda & Paul Toronto is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping fees.
